The Berlin Global Dialogue is a new international forum that brings together business and political leaders to find common solutions for a global economy in transition. Founded by Lars Hendrik Röller, Chief Economic Advisor to former German Chancellor Angela Merkel, the Berlin Global Dialogue helps leaders around the world shape these transitions by providing international perspectives, facilitating collaborative conversations and driving concrete progress.
The inaugural Berlin Global Dialogue Summit focused on the three transitions that are shaping our common future:
- Transition to a New Economic World Order
- Transition to a low-carbon economy
- Transition to a just society.
We had the honour of hosting the dinner for the Berlin Global Dialogue event and serving our signature menu „This is us“ to the guests – a menu created by our kitchen crew that shows how „sexy“ and tasty a menu can be, with components mostly from the region:
- Marinated celeriac with jellied apple and walnut ice cream.
- Flamed pasture-raised beef with a paprika jus, ragout of smoked beans and fried cabbage.
- Sturgeon from the 25 Ponds with fennel and spinach roulade, vanilla tomatoes and aniseed barley.
- Tartlet of Jerusalem artichoke and spinach with a paprika sauce, ragout of smoked beans and deep-fried cabbage.
- Tart of dark chocolate with cherry cream.
Our project manager David Bauer coordinated the organisation of this event.
