We are delighted to inform you that we have been confirmed as a „Leader“ in the second round of recertification by Sustainable Meetings Berlin (SMB). A day full of pride in which we demonstrated our expertise in 59 different criteria.
We have been a certified partner of the „Sustainable Meetings Berlin“ sustainability initiative since 2019, and since April of this year our certification has also been recognised internationally by the „Global Sustainable Tourism Council“.
Our commitment extends across various areas, including governance, economy, environment and society. We were particularly praised for our multi-layered, sustainable innovation management. We were able to demonstrate how we integrate ecological and social considerations into our economic decision-making processes. And how we can create added value not only for our customers and event guests, but also for the local community and the environment.
Our first steps and results were presented, as well as our already integrated measures to fulfil customer satisfaction. The quality management system will be used as a tool to identify opportunities for improvement, not only to maintain our standards, but of course to continuously grow.
And now, we are excited to announce that we have gained another percentage point! Our overall score now stands at 88%. This result reflects our commitment to continuous improvement and our unwavering dedication to sustainable events.
