An evening full of inspiration and encounters recently took place in the heart of Berlin: the Initiative Neue Soziale Marktwirtschaft (INSM) invited guests to a discussion entitled ‘Without an autumn of reforms – will there be a winter of layoffs?’ at the AXICA Congress and Conference Centre on Pariser Platz.
Representatives from politics, business, science and civil society gathered in the AXICA plenary hall to discuss the need for reform, the shortage of skilled workers and bureaucratic hurdles. Different perspectives came together – exactly what makes dialogue at AXICA so lively. For us, the evening was once again an impressive confirmation: AXICA is a place where communication succeeds.
The open architecture, the light-flooded plenary hall and the central location at the Brandenburg Gate create space for exchange and new ideas. Finally, the finale on the gallery overlooking Pariser Platz provided the ideal setting to continue discussions and round off the evening in an inspiring atmosphere.
Everyone involved, both from INSM and AXICA, in this case our junior project manager Annika Dreßel, praised the pleasant collaboration and were delighted with the successful event, which will hopefully be followed by many more.
