On Janu\u00adary 11, 2024, our buil\u00adding sho\u00adne in fes\u00adti\u00adve sple\u00adndor as over 150 guests \u2013 inclu\u00adding cus\u00adto\u00admers, sup\u00adpli\u00aders, part\u00adners and neigh\u00adbors \u2013 came tog\u00ade\u00adther to wel\u00adco\u00adme in the new year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our aut\u00adho\u00adri\u00adzed signa\u00adto\u00adry Natha\u00adlie Dah\u00admann-Harb\u00adecke and Peter Gudat from DZ BANK ope\u00adned the evening with a warm wel\u00adco\u00adme, while our host Bern\u00adhard Wolff led us through the evening in his usu\u00adal rela\u00adxed and char\u00adming manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The stage beca\u00adme a plat\u00adform for seven of our regio\u00adnal sup\u00adpli\u00aders, who pre\u00adsen\u00adted their won\u00adderful pro\u00adducts and pro\u00advi\u00added the culina\u00adry high\u00adlight of the evening:
Dani\u00adel Demb\u00adski came from PREUSSEN QUELLE and brought the stage water, TERRA Natur\u00adkost was repre\u00adsen\u00adted by Robert Klin\u00adge and pre\u00adsen\u00adted the pla\u00adte with cevi\u00adche from kohl\u00adra\u00adbi from our kit\u00adchen, Mar\u00adco Keh\u00adle from TRANSGOURMET Ursprung was the\u00adre to explain the AXICA signa\u00adtu\u00adre pla\u00adte with bee sting from goa\u00adt\u2019s cheese. Our main cour\u00adse was very well recei\u00adved by the guests: Qui\u00adnoa and leek balls on pars\u00adnip puree and deep-fried kale. GRAGGER \u2013 tha\u00adt\u2019s bread was repre\u00adsen\u00adted by Marc Rib\u00adbeck and a hear\u00adty bread sta\u00adti\u00adon. We had our home\u00adma\u00adde spreads to match. HAVELLAND Express with Ewald Schmunk was at the start with the cli\u00adma\u00adte-posi\u00adti\u00adve Ori\u00adgi\u00adnal Beans cho\u00adco\u00adla\u00adte for our cho\u00adco\u00adla\u00adte mousse with blood oran\u00adge. Our dear Ingo Simon from Sekt- und Wein\u00adgut Gebr. Simon from the Mosel\u00adle took the stage to toast the New Year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Later in the evening, we show\u00aded a few impres\u00adsi\u00adons for the 25th anni\u00adver\u00adsa\u00adry of the AXICA in a short video pre\u00adview.
The high\u00adlight of the evening was defi\u00adni\u00adte\u00adly the rela\u00adxed exch\u00adan\u00adge over good food and sti\u00admu\u00adla\u00adting con\u00adver\u00adsa\u00adti\u00adons. The good mood, the laugh\u00adter and the posi\u00adti\u00adve vibes show that we are rea\u00addy to start ano\u00adther suc\u00adcessful year tog\u00ade\u00adther.
