This enables us to check whe\u00adther the mea\u00adsu\u00adres we have imple\u00admen\u00adted are real\u00adly con\u00adtri\u00adbu\u00adting to impro\u00adve\u00adment and opti\u00admiza\u00adti\u00adon.

In the eva\u00adlua\u00adti\u00adon for 2022, one key figu\u00adre in par\u00adti\u00adcu\u00adlar caught our eye:
Com\u00adpared to the pre\u00advious year, the use of meat at our events was redu\u00adced by 68%. New food con\u00adcepts with a focus on vege\u00adta\u00adri\u00adan and vegan com\u00adpon\u00adents and the opti\u00admal customer:inside con\u00adsul\u00adta\u00adti\u00adon by our employees are an important fac\u00adtor for this result. We have also noti\u00adced a chan\u00adge among our cus\u00adto\u00admers: many of them want to chan\u00adge their way of thin\u00adking and are incre\u00adasing\u00adly reques\u00adt\u00ading meat-free meals at their events. We are very hap\u00adpy about this deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment and the result!

In addi\u00adti\u00adon to this metric, we were also able to redu\u00adce our ener\u00adgy con\u00adsump\u00adti\u00adon and was\u00adte by 8% in 2022 com\u00adpared to the pre\u00advious year, as well as save 100 tons of CO2 by using green elec\u00adtri\u00adci\u00adty.

The\u00adse are important steps in our work and show that com\u00adpa\u00adnies can take respon\u00adsi\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adty and actively con\u00adtri\u00adbu\u00adte to con\u00adser\u00adving resour\u00adces and redu\u00adcing envi\u00adron\u00admen\u00adtal impact.
