Spar\u00adk\u00adling or still, ice-cold or unchil\u00adled: Every year, we ser\u00adve around 30,000 liters of table water at our events. For years, the bot\u00adt\u00adled water came to us from the sta\u00adte of Bran\u00adden\u00adburg, about 90 km away from Ber\u00adlin-Mit\u00adte. Four years ago we bought our own fil\u00adter and bot\u00adt\u00adling plant and sin\u00adce then we can tap our drin\u00adking water our\u00adsel\u00adves. This saves trans\u00adport rou\u00adtes and pro\u00adtects our envi\u00adron\u00adment. The fact that Ber\u00adlin\u2019s drin\u00adking water is of good qua\u00adli\u00adty has been con\u00adfirm\u00aded time and again by Stif\u00adtung Waren\u00adtest, the Ger\u00adman con\u00adsu\u00admer orga\u00adniza\u00adti\u00adon. In addi\u00adti\u00adon, the qua\u00adli\u00adty of our water is regu\u00adlar\u00adly tes\u00adted by the SGS Insti\u00adtut Fre\u00adse\u00adni\u00adus. In our in-house (non-repre\u00adsen\u00adta\u00adti\u00adve) water tasting among col\u00adle\u00adagues, AXICA table water has alre\u00ada\u00addy recei\u00adved top marks exclu\u00adsi\u00adve\u00adly. The switch to our own table water is part of our sus\u00adtaina\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adty offen\u00adsi\u00adve.
