EXECUTIVE CHEF DE CUISINE – GORDON PETER
Located at the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin, the axica is primarily known for its extraordinary architecture. Yet the exclusive conference and convention centre is also noted for its exquisite cuisine. "Translating the location's expressive design into culinary delights is our forte," says Gordon Peter, Executive Chef at axica. Prior to his position here, Peter was German champion as well as junior cooking champion in Canada and Switzerland and worked as a food stylist for various Hollywood film productions.

CHEF DE CUISINE - MIRKO LUMMERT
Mirko Lummert, a former chef on cruise liners, makes a point of using fresh and regional products. Based on his philosophy he combines international flavours and spices with regional, seasonal products. "For many years, I had the opportunity to work around the world and get to know different kinds of cuisine. Thus, I was able to join my personal passion for travel with nature."

REGIONAL PRODUCTS
"Organic farming and finest catering are not mutually exclusive. Due to our high quality standards of taste and appearance we especially rely on regional products and their unsurpassable flavours," Gordon Peter points out. Today, almost all of the products we offer are produced in the region and Chef de Cuisine Mirko Lummert selects the suppliers himself.
